The Town

The Vision

Underneath this relatively quiet town lies a mayor who is driven to bring an entirely green residential neighborhood to his town. Mayor Lowell Krumnow is requiring every home that goes into this neighborhood to meet minimum energy   star standards.  His vision is to have other 
communities follow in Elmore's footsteps.
